As we kick off 2022, we want to make sure our Connected Care ACO participants are up to date on CMS Beneficiary Notification requirements for the Medicare Shared Savings Program (MSSP).

To start the year off on a positive note, VHAN is excited to add three new members to the network. We are pleased to welcome Murfreesboro Medical Clinic & SurgiCenter, Brentwood Pediatric Care and East Nashville Pediatrics.

In 2020, VHAN focused on 11 key aims to drive quality performance and improve patient care. Our new Impact Report outlines how the network performed across these key aims, including several personal stories that detail how VHAN providers have made a difference in patients’ lives.
