VHAN is governed by a board of directors and committees made up of members and supported by VHAN staff. We give our members a seat at the table to make sure their voice is heard when we plan network solutions, quality goals and learning opportunities.
Board of Directors
The VHAN Board of Directors is made up of hospital directors and physician directors from member hospitals and health systems, and physician representatives and administrative representatives from affiliate organizations and the community. The board meets twice annually to establish clinical and quality goals and monitor the network’s progress.
