VHAN Welcomes New Members

VHAN is pleased to announce new members and providers to the network. This month, we are excited to welcome the following new practices and providers:

• Faith Family Wellness Clinic—Located in Shelbyville, Tenn., this faith-based care and health clinic provides health and wellness services to families seeking optimum care.
• Advanced Foot and Ankle Care Centers (AFACC)—With clinics across Middle Tennessee, AFACC provides care for skin and nail issues, bone and joint injuries, and tendons and tissue ailments, as well as treatments for a variety of other foot and ankle injuries.
• The Children’s Clinic of Nashville (TCCN)—Serving Nashville and its surrounding areas, TCCN offers well visits, immunizations and doctor/patient consultations for infants, children and teens.
