VHAN’s 10th Year: Thank You for Celebrating

As 2022 comes to a close, we at VHAN are reflecting on this 10th year in service as a clinically integrated network. A decade ago, founding members Vanderbilt University Medical Center, Maury Regional Health, Northcrest Medical Center and Williamson Medical Center started a movement, bringing roughly 30,000 employees together as the first managed lives for our network. VHAN was created both in response to industry trends, and as a force that could shape the future course of health care through our innovation and commitment to the highest levels of quality care. In the decade following, our members have achieved many key milestones in cost savings, quality performance, lower utilization, diabetes management and mental health support. To thank our members for their contributions, VHAN worked with the legendary Hatch Show Print Company in Nashville to create a commemorative poster. Click the video below to see footage of VHAN’s posters being printed on a letterpress–a process created in 1879 that continues in Nashville to this day.
