Well Moment. Better Conversations, better health.

Digital Wellness for Humans

Excessive screen time—from constant scrolling to late-night binge-watching—can feel like it’s taking over our lives. The average adult spends upwards of 3-4 hours a day on smartphones alone, and that number is rising. This obsession brings serious risks—from feelings of anxiety, stress and depression to physical issues. Plus, our “always on” culture can blur the lines between professional and personal life and lead to burnout.

The good news: There are simple, effective ways to set boundaries, stay mindful and protect your overall well-being.
