Educational Support for Students With Disabilities
Research shows that students with disabilities and mental health diagnoses face more disciplinary actions and encounters with the juvenile justice system than their peers without these diagnoses. It’s no surprise these students struggle in class and become disengaged with school.
The good news: Special services and advocacy resources are available to help these students get a quality education, graduate from high school and make a plan for the future.
