Expand Your Practice’s Reach Through VHAN’s Network Product Fee Schedule

Last year, VHAN began the work of contracting our provider network across Tennessee in individual fee schedules, with 80% of network members now contracted.

Those fee schedules are aggregated to form the Network Product Fee Schedule (NPFS), which then allows VHAN to lease the NPFS to employers, TPAs and other entities who would like to receive low-cost, high-quality care from a network formed and powered by VHAN providers. This means additional steerage to VHAN members and reduction in administrative barriers with payors.

VHAN has met with significant interest in the NPFS from employers in our service area and entered into our initial employer Lease Agreement, which went live on October 1, 2026. We anticipate significantly more business to begin on January 1, 2027.

To include your practice in the NPFS, we would like to enter into a Provider Agreement with you before January 1. Our administrative partner First Choice Health Network will contact you regarding the details of the Provider Agreement.
