The Vista: Quality Insights Dashboard provides a flexible view of your practice’s quality performance, making it easier to identify and prioritize opportunities for improvement. Use the dashboard to:

• Identify patients with care gaps
• Track performance on key quality measures
• Monitor progress toward quality goals
• View patient demographic information to better understand your population

Quality Performance Reports provide patient-level details for quality gaps by payor. Because these reports are refreshed regularly with the latest available data, you can quickly identify patients who need outreach and take action to close care gaps.

The Quality Modifier Report helps your practice monitor performance on the quality measures included in the shared savings modifier. Reviewing this report throughout the year can show you where you’re performing well and what areas need attention.
